TeacherGold is an online interactive recruitment portal specialising in UK teaching vacancies. Schools may post vacancy details directly online in real time (no waiting around). Schools can upload general school details including an application form to speed the recruitment process. Vacancy details are hyper linked to Ofsted reports, local information and school website if available. Teachers can quickly access and search the vacancy database for their ideal job (no registration is required). Teachers (for free) are able to utilize email/SMS alert facilities for their ideal job.
The bespoke software used enables us to offer a comprehensive, effective and easy to use facility at exceptional value. We hope to maintain the annual subscription charge below £100.00 for members posting up to 100 vacancies on TeacherGold.

| School members will enjoy full voting rights in deciding upon the future direction of TeacherGold as well the opportunity to stand for and to elect board members. Two main options are envisaged for the future direction of TeacherGold within the next three years. |

Establish a fully mutual organisation (company/society), to maintain and enhance the teacher vacancy service. Develop other services and opportunities to enable schools to benefit fully from a mutually owned online community. |

All school members will receive in equal shares (half of the total sale price) if the decision is made by a majority of school members to list TeacherGold publicly. |

TeacherGold has a strong ethical approach to business values, a key reason for offering such excellent value. We will also donate 10% of profits to educational charities working in the developing world. These charities will be chosen by member schools.
